One off the nicest cabins I have ever stayed, beautiful surroundings in the mountains! 10/10 would definitely go back

If you want silence and remote tranquil surroundings then this is the right option. It looks out over fields and the only companions are some beautiful sheep! Seems like you're on the middle of nowhere, but it's only ten minutes into the town.. The beds were super super comfy, the pod was clean and so cosy and warm and the host had the heat on for us coming. There was a beautiful welcome basket with treats. We also loved the hot tub it was excellent and clean. On the whole a great experience and the hot tub was spotless and a real treat! Lovely warm showers and bathing products and plenty of towels

This was a truly wonderful and enjoyable stay. It is such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and location. Pearl is so very accommodating and understanding. Everything was spotless and well presented. The cabin is such a unique design and we found ourselves just in awe at the scale! Thank you Pearl for providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Everything was top class at Hawthorn Hideaways. The pods themselves were very clean and cosy. We were welcomed with a little mini hamper which was a great touch, it had snacks and marshmallows for s'mores which we used at the firepit. What ever type of stay you are coming for whether it's as a family or as a couple, you'll definitely be guaranteed a lovely stay.

Have to say, this stay was so much fun. The decor is modern with a woodland twist, the hot tub is fabulous. The property’s that Paul have built are incredible. Nothing was an issue. I will definitely be back again in the summer, so handy if you want to tour the north coast & just as fabulous for a cosy stay with family or friends. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Rustic retreat was a gem of a find. We spent the bank holiday weekend here and could not have been happier with our choice. Reece kindly lit the hot tub for our arrival which meant it was ready to go. The space itself is perfect for a couple, for a few days away. All the cooking facilities and tools you need and also a fridge, kettle and toaster. Plenty of space too. Loved that it is so private and your own little patch of paradise for the weekend with your own garden and hot tub which is secluded off for privacy. Reece was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay. We would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gavin’s place! It was a last-minute decision to spend the night, and we weren’t sure it would work out — but communication with Gavin was easy, and he was incredibly friendly and flexible about our late check-in. His dad welcomed us at the reception and was also very kind and helpful. The wee pod itself was warm, cosy, and spotless — equipped with a toilet and sink, small kitchen area with a fridge, and even a spare sofa bed. The shared showers are just a short walk away in the main building. We also noticed extra bedsheets were provided, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch, even though we didn’t end up needing them. We woke up to a beautiful, peaceful view — including a stunning white horse grazing right in front of the pod! It made our short stay feel really special. Thank you for the lovely experience!

the cabin was clean and cozy. Had everything you might need. And the view was amazing. Watching a sunset over the Mourne mountains in the hot tub was all we needed for our anniversary. Would come again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. It is exactly as described and very peaceful and private. Kari was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend this place.

absolutely fantastic stay at the caravan. place is nicer than most houses. felt at home from the minute I arrived. loved every minute of it. Will definitely be back again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this stunning location. What an amazing experience and we could not have asked for a better stay! Superb memories were created here for us and our dogs! A stunning walk through the woods and into Ballantrae, 7 miles there and back but loads of wildlife to see and we would recommend. Lindsay and Chris were exceptional hosts and just lovely people! We cannot think of a better break that we have all enjoyed and cannot wait to return!

A peaceful getaway, which was what we wanted. Cabin was spotless and had what we needed and the view was stunning. Hosts were friendly and approachable. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Elliot’s cabin! Christopher was a great host, he kindly left a bottle of prosecco and some chocolates. He was super quick to come and help us when we had trouble with the projector. The cabin was spacious, and very clean. The hottub was ready for us on arrival and even had Bluetooth speakers which was great. We brought our two dogs who loved running around the big garden. Would definitely recommend ☺️

It was so relaxing and calm I loved the scenery. The beds were so comfortable and I really liked the fluffy blankets that were provided as well. Honestly, I would live there if I could. I really liked my stay at Rebecca‘s place and it was one of my favourite B&Bs I’ve ever stayed at

It was a lovely location, very peaceful. It was extremely cold when we arrived but didn’t take too long to warm up. All the facilities you need are there. A very pleasant visit

We had a great stay, lovely and welcoming feel as you enter the lodge. Beautiful views. Would defiantly stay again, a great location for anyone attending a wedding like us at the Galgorm, only 10 minutes a way.

We had a lovely stay Angela’s place. It was very cosy indeed! Great privacy too. It was so easy to check in and the instructions were very clear.

We absolutely loved our stay in Rita’s place. The house is so clean and even nicer in person than in the photos! The outside area and the view is beautiful. Rita was so helpful, she responds to messages so quickly and the house has everything you may need. Her daughter even delivered us our Chinese! We would definitely stay again.

Could not say enough positive things about the hosts or this location. Extremely friendly people and the cottage was the nicest Air BnB we have stayed in our whole trip. Close to a beautiful ocean walkway and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood. Would have added a night to stay longer if it wasn’t already booked!!!

The BNB was clean and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. The place had everything you need and you can tell the care and creativity that was put in the lodge. Michelle even took the time to greet us! She ensured we had what we needed to be comfortable and offered suggestions of things to do in Belfast. The location wasn’t ideal but it had free parking and the bus stop was about 3 minutes from the BnB. It was a 25 minute bus ride in the heart of downtown. It was a neighborhood so restaurants and grocery stores were about a 10-15 minute walk.

Sandra was such an amazing host 🥰 very responsive and attentive to all fine details . The pods are amazing , so unique and well put together , with the most stunning view to wake up to . Thank you for having us ❤️
