Just had a fabulous three days in this beautiful house! Pictures don’t do it justice - furnished to an extremely high level, brand new bathrooms and kitchen. The bedrooms are very spacious and toiletries just made it extra special. Loads of spare towels if required too. Lovely log burner in the living room and it was very effective. Area is so peaceful and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dog 🐶 Southend was lovely although very limited in amenities. Campbeltown was just a 15min car ride up the road and had everything we could have needed for our stay. Excellent host who was very quick to respond to any questions, and I would definitely recommend this home as a base to explore the southern end of Kintyre! We will return sometime soon 🥰

The property is fantastic and David is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to check in as well as recommendations for the local area.

We had an amazing stay at the property. The hot tub was fab and all the furnishings and amenities were beautiful and spotless. Lovely outside deck with seating and a view of the pond. It felt very luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Shame it was only for one night! There is a Tesco superstore 5 min drive away to pick up anything you need. We will hopefully be back again to stay another time!

This is a really great location as a base to explore the area from or to simply chill and relax. The house is very comfortable and clean and fresh feeling. The open plan living space makes for a very sociable downstairs. The bedrooms upstairs are all very comfortable and generously sized with beautiful views. The furnishings throughout the house are of a high quality and it’s all finished off with a lovely array of pictures and things the owners have collected. It all works really well together and makes for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It is a very peaceful spot and although there are other properties close by we weren’t even aware of there being other people around. We thoroughly enjoyed watching seals play and the huge variety of birds. Thank you to the welcoming and helpful …but not intrusive hosts - you’ve got it all just right and I look forward to coming back!

Had a wonderful tranquil stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Loved being in the outside bath as Hubby prepared the BBQ. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for the weekend with all our family to celebrate a graduation and the place was just perfect. The hot tub was amazing, a bbq was provided. The rooms were so clean and each had a bathroom which was great for privacy. The little details that Justin and Rae added made the stay so special - there was little boxes in each room with water and snacks, the bathrooms stocked with shampoos etc, and they even supplied us toys for the kids. To top it all off they even decorated the house for my partners graduation with balloons and banners! Would 100% recommend this stay for any family gathering - thanks Justin and Rae!

This is a hidden gem for the price and location. The apartment is super clean and quite comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful homely place that really incorporates the essence of what Airbnb is! Felt right at home and very responsive and helpful hosts. The pictures do not do this place justice, large living and dining area and a very comfortable bed! Great location too, wonderful views of the loch and hills. Hot tub is a massive plus!

Second stay at Liz’s place. We were happy with it on the first stay but the second proved we were right to go back. Everything you need for a home from home. Ideal location. Close to town and beach. Everything in the house is quality. Very comfortable all round. Facilities are easy to use. Good restaurants and bars very close, also not far from the train station. We were in Glasgow within the hour. We had a lovely break this time as well. Look forward to the next time.

A comfortably restored flat in a Victorian villa. The location is convenient as it is within easy reach of dunoon either by car or bus. There is also a good path leading to the town if you like walking. Puck’s Glen and Benmore are easily reachable in the other direction. The place is quiet, clean and the instructions were clear. Would stay again.

Loved our weekend here. The only thing that wasn't ideal was how easily sound travels in the cabin. We had a group of six friends staying and every time someone got up in the night it had a good chance of everyone waking up. We got a ton of use out of the hot tub, and there's a nice hiking trail right out the door. I'd say it would be a better fit for a couple on a weekend away than a big group like ours, but you can't fault the cabin for that. Lovely clean place, just like the photos, and very clean.

The lodge was absolutely gorgeous, cosy and clean. Very communicative hosts and really straight forward process checking both in and out. Loads of utensils and amenities available to use which is not always guaranteed in a self catering stay! Thank you so much, it was lovely ⭐️

Such a lovely stay, hoping to come back in a few months for a long weekend. Kids and adults happy :)

Cabin was lovely quiet and peaceful. had all the amenities needed. views were beautiful spent loads of time watching the wildlife and the lambs jumping around in the fields from the cabin porch. loads of good dog walking spots and nice beaches. had everything we wanted for a relaxing weekend away for 2 people and a couple of dogs. hot tub was good takes a couple hours to get it up to temperature but held the temprature well could sit in it for ages. supermarket 20 mins away and a local shop 2 mins down the road far enough from everything to be a quiet getaway in the countryside but close enough to everything you'd need would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a walk around loch ,forest and hot tub. It was peaceful and relaxing holidays. The bed was comfy.

My husband and I had a great time in Milton of Buchanan and Sharon’s place was a home away from home. Sharon was very thoughtful and left us 2 little bottles of Prosecco, and even some milk for a cup of tea in case we didn’t have any! The surroundings are stunning. Definitely recommend the Conic Hill walk!

We had a wonderful weekend away at the wee cabin. Jeanott and Fraser were lovely hosts and gave great tips for the local area. Plenty of wildlife around and the clouds cleared briefly for us to get an amazing view of the night sky and array of stars. The cabin has been decorated luxuriously, a great stay and we hope to be back.
