Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

Splendida casa recentemente rinnovata con una grande terrazza panoramica vista mare a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Giglio Porto. Ideale per 4-5 persone, con una cucina completa con fornello a gas, piccolo forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Le camere sono due: una matrimoniale, e una matrimoniale o con due singoli. C’è pure letto singolo in una stanza di passaggio. Inclusa lavatrice e casse musica Sonos. Biancheria e teli mare forniti.

Completely independent villa 300 meters from Arenella beach, equipped with large spaces,very bright,well furnished and very comfortable.The large terrace,offers a great view.Ground floor: living room with a large sofa bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

Cozy Nest - Harbour View

The sea view and the position capable of capturing any breeze make this small studio apartment pleasant and relaxing. A nest furnished with simplicity and warmth, an outdoor space where you are able to have a meal or let yourself dive into a good read. Time becomes a friend of the day, dictated only by the arrival of the ferry, by the sun that opens on the piers in the morning, and by the knoll overlooking the small port, which gives the first shadow of the island in the afternoon.
