Our apartment allows you to enjoy with your family or friends thanks to its capacity of 6-8 persons. Ideally located at 10 minutes walk from the snow front, 2 minutes walk from the funicular or direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. Nice area of 55M2 with balcony facing South/South West, view on the mountains and the slopes without opposite.

Fully equipped studio located on the 1st floor, free parking at the foot of the residence. You will find a sofa bed 180*190 cm and also a bunk bed 70*190 cm. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. - Abundant storage The bathroom is completely renovated with a bathtub and towel dryer. Separate toilet. The loggia allows you to enjoy the outdoors with views of the mountains.

2 rooms, terrace and covered garage

Our apartment has been renovated and furnished recently with care. Everything has been designed to be practical, harmonious and very comfortable. The bedding is first choice (160 bed / 160 sofa bed). The building is very well located (facing south) next to the funicular which takes you to the start of the slopes (2 mins away). The view of the mountains is spectacular. The 9 m2 terrace is a real plus in all seasons. Private parking in the basement.

Renovated, authentic and warm barn

Access this atypical place by a hiking trail from the village of Saint Etienne de Tinée (climb of 10 minutes/500m/50m d+). Once you arrive, make the most of this haven of peace: South exposure, view of the village and the mountain, terrace with outdoor dining area, 5000m2 of land, wood stove- this former Grange from 1770 has been renovated all comfort. Logout assured! It often takes a little time to accept this immersion in nature, but then the charm works, time slows down and relaxation is there, in a quiet environment. My place is close to the river Estéron to cool off in the summer. The whole house was built with materials that respect the environment and the health of its occupants. Your stay at the "Bois du Vegay" will remain a very beautiful memory.

The accommodation is close to the village square with all its amenities (bakery, supermarket, bar, kindergarten, tourist office...) and a 5-minute walk to the Pinatelle ski lift (connecting to the Auron ski area) and the lake. On the edge of Mercantour Park, St Etienne-de-Tinée offers many hikes from the village and surroundings. A 10-minute drive is enough to reach Auron resort and its many activities.

Located near the renowned Mercantour National Park, this ecologically friendly wooden chalet (35m2) provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, as well as a great base for numerous day trips in this beautiful region. A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
