Issirac is a circular village, located 300 m above sea level on the highest point in the canton of Pont-Saint-Esprit, with a 360° view of the Cévennes and Mont Ventoux. The village is surrounded by lavender, olive trees, and vineyards. IMPORTANT: Livestock farming was discontinued at the end of 2024, so there are currently no goats on the farm and therefore no milk or cheese production.
