Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Country house

Situated in the heart of the countryside, this house enjoys a peaceful setting. Just half an hour from Autun, a renowned Gallo-Roman town, you can explore its rich heritage and the prestigious archaeological site of Bibracte. The surrounding area offers plenty to discover: Paray-le-Monial, the Romanesque Churches Circuit, Cluny, the Pal… Nature lovers will appreciate the many opportunities for walks and will enjoy staying here, making use of the garden, the swimming pool and the tennis court, weather permitting.
