We will be happy to welcome you to our carefully decorated house in the magnificent nature of Şile Kabakoz village, where you can enjoy the sea and peace, and enjoy the patio in your own garden🥰 All the details have been considered in our house, you can just come with your personal belongings and enjoy the holiday😊 In addition, our house is 1.2 km away from Kabakoz beach. Our house is located in nature in Çatalca and is only 4 km from the center. Far from the city but easy to get to, this location is ideal for a peaceful escape. At sunset, you can enjoy a unique atmosphere by barbecue in your own private garden. There is a private garden area belonging to our guests, which is not visible from the outside. A comfortable all-season experience is offered with a heated pool (3m x 2m) located in the garden. ⚠️ Note: The hot tub is currently out of use.

Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

Our villa is 3/1 facing the sea. There is a carpet in each room. There is a master bathroom. The pool is heated and has a salt device. Chlorine is not used. Suitable for conservative families. Clean and decent. Facing the sea. Suitable for birthday and bachelor parties.
