The first market and restaurant are 2 km away, and the nearest beach in Peroj is 12km from the property. Rovinj is 20.9 km from Villa Paradis 14, and Poreč is 33.8 km from the property. Lots of green grass around the yard melted together with the pool, making a relaxing and lovely sight, especially in the evenings.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Wake up to the sound of roosters crowing, and during the day, you may see goats, cows, and donkeys greeting you from the other side of the fence.
