Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional rural stone house (about 250 years old and now beautifully restored) near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The kućica is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our guesthouse (the kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the forest and Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Charming house 5 km from Poreč. The house has 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilette. Beautiful private garden with an outside salt pool, shower and bbq. It also has parking place protected from sunshine. Bike trail is 800 m away. The village has one playground and park only 2min away The beach is located 5km from the house. That would take 8 minutes car ride, or 20 minutes bike ride. Our family produces olive oil and wine. It is possible to buy it while you're our gues

Cozy house Franina is located in a quiet and relaxing village Belavići,25 min from Pula. The nearest beach is 3 km away. Belavici is a quiet village at the "end of the road". There are few houses to rent and a whole village immersed in a wonderful nature. It's an old stony house refurbished with care about details. except of old items for decoration, there are also all modern equipments too. You can spend time relaxing in whirpool or sauna. Free you mind and soul away from city croud.
