Holiday rentals with beach access in Istria County

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

Igor was a great host! He was so friendly and super flexible. We had a splendid time in the apartment and wonderful garden!

Patricija was so welcoming and responsive! We really enjoyed our stay.

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Andrea's place was great & he is a lovely host with great communication all throughout the stay. So close to such a lovely beach, and an enjoyable spot to sit on the balcony! Super clean, with easy parking. Perfect spot to be in Pula!

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts! Upon arrival, there was fruit, candy, milk, water, wine and more in the kitchen, which immediately triggered a feeling of warmth and welcome. The children, the dogs and we adults felt very comfortable. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance, the city center is 25 minutes. Everything was just great :-). Thanks for a good time!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

We stayed at Lana's house for a week and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and we could always ask Lana for advice. The beach was about 5 minutes away on foot and also in the old town you were relatively fast by car. We would absolutely recommend the place!

The house was super clean, we had plenty of space . The view from the terrace was very nice. The location is perfect Beaches are close to, as are a restaurant and shopping. Ivana was very nice and helpful. She reserved us a table in the restaurant We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house and would book it again at any time. Thank you!

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse right in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to the roof - three ceilings were removed for this), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm host and helped us quickly with every question.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Rustic place right at the heart of Umag

Greatly equipped apartment! In reality, it's much better than the pictures! Beautiful apartment, perfect location, sparkling cleanliness, wonderful tranquility! 5 minutes walk to the sea! It meets all needs, I can only recommend it! The host Yvan and Linda are perfect hosts!! They are extremely friendly, hospitable, extremely helpful and generous! We will definitely be back again!! We stayed in Andrew’s place for 10 days and it was great. The location is good for navigating Rovinj. Close to everything. The apartment is cozy and quiet which made the stay very enjoyable. The secure parking that was offered was a plus and made it easy to do all the day trips from Rovinj. We had a pick up from the car lot with our luggage to rovinj which was so helpful. Loved the outside bar at the top by the church for beautiful sunsets. We had a beautiful stay here and enjoyed Rovinj and all of istria.!!
