Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Our chalet is located in a quiet neighborhood of Itaara with a good neighborhood and is open to welcome guests in all seasons. It is a fully open cabin/loft-style chalet, ideal for couples or families with children. It has a double bed and two single mattresses on top, and a sofa bed on the bottom. Comfortably accommodates 4-5 people. We do not rent for parties. Large patio with swimming pool, fireplace and barbecue.

It has a sofa bed. If it is a family, it can be used by 6 people. Heated pool! Barbecue, pool table and even Karaoke to have fun with the family (projector, sound and microphones) Only 5 minutes on a dirt road (1.9 km). Safe and quiet place. Wake up to the sound of birds.

Perfect Site, in the midst of nature, with privacy (end of the street) and great accommodations, close to market, pharmacy etc. Large native bush, with kiosk for socializing. Equipped with all necessary appliances and fireplace. Very cozy. It does not have air conditioning (fans only) because the place is very cool. In the summer we set up 5000 L. Pool with accessibility. - Available for events, upon consultation (cfe the number of people)

The swimming pool isn't heated. External and internal table (retractable) with outlet for work in the middle of nature. An environment in the middle of nature, with swimming pool, external deck with sun loungers to relax, hammocks to rest.

See the sun set over the lake from the entrance room. Enjoy great moments in the Jacuzzi and have a romantic night outside the fireplace. Beautifully decorated house on large 30x40 terrain facing the lake. We only accept two people. We do not locate the space for parties, celebrations, barbecues and get-togethers. We are in front of the lake of Pinhal Park, an easily accessible place in a quiet neighborhood.
