With an area of approximately 1000 sq. meters of land and 330 sq. meters of built-up area. You will have the convenience of a complete house with various electronics and appliances, as well as space with a barbecue, game room with gym and pool table, swimming pool with a small beach and a large lawn for your pet and children to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a green area and 3 km from Gaivotas beach. Casa Amarela has a rustic style and is surrounded by art in all spaces. The backyard, with an ornamental pond and a beautiful garden visited by birds of different species, monkeys and squirrels, a hammock to relax, and a campfire area. Note: Rooms without doors, only curtains, we do not have TV in the room.
