This edicule house is complete, has two suites with bunk beds, ceiling fan, full kitchen, living room, swimming pool, barbecue and game room. A spacious, covered garage. We, the owners, live in the main house in front. Guests have complete freedom and privacy in the cottage. We are close to the sea, approximately 10 minutes from the central beach of Itanhaém/SP. Quiet residential neighborhood, with nearby businesses. Extremely safe, automatic gate, with control, closed wall.
