In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and swimming pool: This Apartment and the Studio (another listing). Overlooking Christ (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades), we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau and are always available to help.

To make you feel even more connected to each other, they don't have a TV, but they do have a fireplace, so you can enjoy a nice glass of wine without rushing, with quality time. The idea is for you to take these days to talk, relax, read a good book and admire the Serra do Japi.

The residence, perfect for a couple, is on the first floor of a historic townhouse, on the city's main street and block. The house was recently renovated by the couple themselves, based on respect for its history, the imperfections of an ancestral handmade construction, associated with contemporary and comfortable living.
