The neighborhood also has several museums, a cinema, and theaters, such as the famous Castro Alves Theater. The loft features a pier with private access to the sea of All Saints Bay, an exclusive fitness center, heated pool, overlook and gourmet area!

I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!
