The Country House is located in a gated gated community in São Roque, just 50 minutes from São Paulo and 1 km from the Catarina Outlet. The private area has a barbecue, swimming pool, court, football pitch, oven and wood-burning fireplace, bar, Wi-Fi, TV, brewery and much more. The house has 4 bedrooms (15 people in beds), 2 indoor bathrooms and 2 outdoor bathrooms. There are two houses on the property, the advertised price is only for the MAIN HOUSE (up to 15 people) For 25 people, it is necessary to rent the house below as well. *The rates for Carnival, Christmas and New Year are already calculated for up to 25 people.* We have the option to rent one or both houses (the price changes). If you allocate only one of the houses, the other is closed; we do not rent to two groups of people at the same time. A very wooded site, with a beautiful landscape.
