Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to relax. House with garage for 3 vehicles, 02 rooms, with 01 suite with ceiling fan. Wi-fi, Sofa bed in the living room. Outdoor shower. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, kitchenware. 10 min from downtown Peruíbe and beaches, quiet and safe neighborhood, paved streets. Cozy and spacious place, with quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches of the costão, the center and great restaurants.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.

It has several nearby shops such as a bakery, market, pizzeria and ice cream parlor. The House is furnished and with all the utensils to provide the best comfort, with a barbecue area, and an outdoor sink that will facilitate interaction among guests.

We are a house/bed and breakfast very close to Guaraú Beach. We can rent the entire house, or the separate suite. To rent the whole house it is good to have an average of 10 people, as our price will be over the full house. Suites are for 1 or 2 people and room 5 for up to 7 people. Hosts onsite. Kitchen common to all Refrigerator exclusive to guests. Bed and bath linens should be brought. Family atmosphere. Nice garden.

Spend the day at Guarau Beach (3km - 10 min) or Cachoeira do Paraiso (10.6 km) or in Barra do Una (16.4 km) and rest on an environmental reserve! We have a mini trail, a lake, a natural pool, a century-old fig tree, a large space with a barbecue, native forest, a wide variety of birds and flowers. We accept pets. Bed linen and towels are not available.
