great stay, I recommend to everyone, has all the necessary items... pressure cooker, plates ,glasses,pots, cutlery knives,blankets, tanning cups, refrigerator, microwave,Air fry..stove, cake shape, fry... fan... everything we need in everyday life... and still has a beautiful sunset,and the moon... birds singing for those who love nature and quiet...

The house is really what appears in the listing, large and spacious house, it accommodated my family very well, we spend pleasant moments. We love a lot, just a caveat for the doors, some we can't close, they need maintenance, in the others we are very satisfied, I recommend the stay for adults, the elderly and children!!! The house was able to welcome everyone

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

The house is wonderful, spacious spaces, amazing lighting, very well-equipped. Itamambuca beach is wonderful, but we also take a lot of time in the house. I highly recommend it.

It was very hot , bring a fan , even though in the house in the summer it does not count , we went in 14 people , we slept outside because it was warm , host good people, total privacy (I loved this) very quiet place, the only bad point not to be able to connect the two showers of the house at the same time , but being an ice cream and another one could , it's just worth it 💪🏻

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Our experience at Chácara Toka was wonderful. A family trip that will always be remembered. It was possible to see the affection and care in every detail of the place. We were very well oriented and Toninho and Zenildo always present to answer our questions. About the house, very well-equipped, well-served with bathrooms and bedrooms. Great for kids too. The doors seal well the sound of the bedrooms and living room, allowing for greater comfort. The entire structure is very cozy. Anyway, I highly recommend it and we will certainly come back more often.

Ana was a great host, she was helpful and made us very comfortable, from the first contact, she gave all the information we asked for, and the place is like the photo, beautiful, spacious and cozy, great swimming pool next to the barbecue, very well cared for, airy and clean, we rest a lot with the tranquility of the place. we will return more often.

The house is even better than the photos. Whenever we need to take any questions both Marcel and the chair were super quick to return to us. The house is super-equipped with all possible utensils. Next to the beach and they still offer sunscreen and chairs in good condition for us to use. We love and we would definitely stay at the house again!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be welcomed again. Thank you for everything.

This Airbnb was a perfect stay to end our vacation. It was so beautiful, peaceful being surrounded by nature. The waterfall, gym and yoga centre were easy to access. Lucas was very helpful and very responsive. It was a bit of a walk through the jungle to get it to the Airbnb, it’s helpful to pack groceries and basic necessities. Absolutely loved the place

The condominium is excellent. The house could have better placares but it is very good in general. It does not have sheets or towels, which is a complication. Bya was very helpful and always predisposed. Highly recommended place.

The place is identical to the photos. Spacious rooms, super-equipped kitchen, the air-conditioning works well (including air in the living room), green area for children to play… the house is very beautiful!! Andrea (our host) always very kind and was flexible with check-in and checked in, that was great for us that we are from afar and we were able to enjoy more. Parking has only one spot, so if you are in more cars, you will have to have some available space or look for parking nearby. I do not recommend that they stop on the street, because it is very narrow. Note: remembering that Andrea warns about the vacancy, so no one was fooled. I recommend and would undoubtedly return to this house!

It is a great place for those who go by car and want a base of support to get to know the surroundings of Paraty Mirim. The house has all the necessary and a beautiful view of the forest and mountain. For those who like to walk, it is possible to go to Paraty Mirim Beach and Praia do Furado (I highly recommend).

I highly recommend the house!!! We had incredible family days and with all the support of Rodrigo at all times! They were flexible with my check-in time, home super cozy and easy to access, close to all useful services (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station) and well-maintained and clean! We'll definitely be back soon 🫶🏻

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Porto Freda Condominium. The location is perfect—right near the golf course and just a short distance from the Fasano Hotel, making it ideal for both relaxation and activities. The house itself is spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The living room is inviting and perfect for spending time with family and friends. The pool area is a highlight—great for lounging and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. BBQ area is also nice and enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely come back!

The house was well organized and clean. it has a lot of convenience and the garden space is very good for the dogs. The front road is quite busy at peak times. Great cost-benefit.
