The house is rustic and wide, built with demolition materials and local materials. It has a wood burning stove and gas and solar heater for bathing. Lugar is silent, with beautiful landscapes, peice trees, blondes, ipes, bromelies, candles, jacarandás, seriemas, wolves, toucans, owls, fireflies, birds and butterflies. It has no electric light, which provides a deep rest and great integration with nature. On the site there are wells and falls of agua mineral that comes directly from the springs.
