The space is cozy, modern and ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. It has a living room with a full compact kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom on the second floor and on-site parking (shared parking with ChaléVistabella1). The chalet is located in the countryside, less than 1 km from the city.

The chalet is 6 km from Patrimônio da Penha and 16 km from Pedra Roxa. Nearest city (Santa Marta) is 4 km away where there is a supermarket, gas station, pharmacy and restaurant. We have Wi-Fi via radio (rural area). The cottage is only 1.5 km from the asphalt (unpaved road).
