Our cabin on the creek features native stone, cedar, 2 covered porches & a massive deck reaching toward the Sylamore Creek. One of the best fishing & swimming holes is directly out the front door! ~5 miles to downtown to catch talented folk musicians on the square, head up to the famous Blanchard Springs Caverns & Ozark-St. Francis Forest for hiking/biking, or to Big Flat, AR for our award-winning brewery.

It is located in a semi-secluded area on top of a bluff with the scenic river valley below, and an abundance of stars above. In the Spring, Daffodils and Lavender cover the adjacent hillside. Guests can observe wildlife, Dogwood Trees, and listen to Whippoorwills in the evening.

Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.
