The holiday home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a residential area and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc.). The city of Izmir (40 km) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) or by taxi. The sandy beach is 50 metres away, and there is a chilled drinking water dispenser (Sebil) and 3 air conditioning units in the house.

Evin önündeki iskeleden ya da sığ kıyıdan denize kolayca girilebilir. Sabahları denize karşı kahvaltı yapabilir, gün boyu denizin tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.
