In Agva, you will be filled with peace by the river, surrounded by greenery, with unique river and nature views. Whether you're sipping your coffee against the river and forest views at our pier, or enjoy a hot jacuzzi with a view. The fireplace (Kuzine) will add color to the winter months. Our 1+1 bungalow, all of a separate 1300 m2 area, is located in Isaköy, 5 minutes from the center of Ağva, surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and safe location, surrounded, sheltered. Our 2+1 house has 2 double beds and 1 single bed, suitable for up to 5 people in total and is family-friendly • A large garden where you can enjoy a barbecue • A comfortable patio • Heating and hot water with air conditioning • Only 3 minutes by car to the sea and the center, 20 minutes on foot Note: There is no WiFi in the house. Our 80 m2 house in 700 m2 garden has 3 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony, winter garden, heated pool, 24-hour hot water, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, iron, ironing board, baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue and kitchen utensils. The distance to the center of Sapanca is 4 km. The distance to Kırkpınar is 15 minutes. House and pool maintenance is only done at guest check-ins. Pool heating is disabled as of July 1st and cannot be turned on.

Please book with attention to the location. The city center is a maximum of half an hour away. It is protected by a 24 hour camera. Phone networks are quite weak. Internet is connected by satellite, communication video, etc. There are two bungalows, the entrance parking is shared.
