In our facility, where we have 6 fully sheltered houses with the same features, we guarantee that you will have the most enjoyable holiday with 3 bedrooms, heated pool, double jacuzzi in the large bathroom, fireplace, high-ceiling living room, natural gas floor heating and barbecue in the garden, large veranda with a gazebo and swing. Our facility is located at the foot of the Kartepe Ski Resort and has easy access to everywhere. Each house has its own free parking lot.

Dear guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and it has been renovated as of 10.15.2024. This unique place has a style all its own. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

Located in the forest village of Fethiye, one of the most beautiful Abkhazian villages in the north of Izmit, our organic farm is perfect for large groups. Our farm is only 30 minutes from Izmit and 1 hour from Istanbul. You can listen to music outdoors, have a barbecue, watch movies in the studio, or enjoy nature on our farm.

Private garden, pool, barbecue area and parking lot are available. Seasonal recessions may occur at the lake level.
