The property sits inside a national park, with no man-made structures in sight. The bedroom, dining, and living areas all face the sea through oversized custom windows. (日本語・English・Français OK) 八丈島の中心地にほど近い小さな一軒家です。周辺には、飲食店、スーパー、バス停、薬局、コインランドリー、土産店等がほぼ徒歩圏内にあります。底土海水浴場までは徒歩20分ほどです。当建物、室内はリフォーム済みですが、新築のような多機能でピカピカではありません。掃除には力を入れております。どうかご容赦くださいませ。 お庭でBBQお楽しみいただけます。ご希望の方にはBBQセット（照明、グリル、テーブル、椅子、ガスバーナー、網1枚まで）お貸出ししますので事前にご連絡ください。炭、食材、調味料のご用意はありません。また、敷地内での花火、OKです。夏の思い出作りにぜひお楽しみください。近隣へのご配慮と火の後始末にはご注意願います。 ※※駐車場について※※出入口のスロープがとても急です。大きい車（ミニバン、セダン等）は車の底を擦るため入庫できません。コンパクトカーでも車種や入庫角度によっては擦ってしまいます。レンタカーをご利用の方は、できる限り軽バンや軽SUVのご検討をお願いいたします。
