Built using old techniques, but with a very modern, minimalist interior with all modern conveniences. It is designed to blend into the local landscape. The property uses geo-thermal heat source and solar power generation for an (almost) off the grid experience. Beechtree House is our dream project, to have a house set in nature, enjoying peace and harmony.

We are close enough to the center of the resort to be worth a walk (approximately 800 m), but also far enough to be protected from the noise of the crowd in the center of the resort. In winter, you can normally ski on the nearby slope, but climate change makes this sport increasingly difficult to practice.
