Amplasat la ultimul etaj, oferă o perspectivă deschisă asupra orașului, cu o priveliște îndepărtată spre râul Olt. O plimbare de 10–12 minute te conduce în inima orașului. La parterul blocului se află un minimarket, iar în zonă există supermarketuri si restaurante.

Surprisingly, just about 1h 40min drive from A1 exit of Bucharest and quite close to Transfăgărășan Road, in Vâlsan River Natural Reserve, there is this delightful Walnut Treehouse named Căsuța cu Miez. (transl. ‘Walnut Kernel Treehouse’). We don’t know for sure how old the walnut tree is, but we do know that it offers a unique occasion to enjoy the splendid nearby hills and forests, the apple tree orchards, the pastures and lots of wild birds and poultry.
