The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the third upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.

The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

The house is located among family houses in a quiet environment. I live in it, my boyfriend, my son Mattias and our dog Arnošt. Households are separate, so we will be happy if you use the option of self-service accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in a modern and airy style. We insist on peace, a pleasant atmosphere, order and tranquility throughout the house.
