Apartment in a family house by the dam

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

Nice, cozy and modern apartment, studio size - 1 bedroom - room with a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette with a balcony and a beautiful view of the whole city. You will find absolutely everything you could need during your stay, including all hygiene and cleaning products, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a few capsules. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

Relax under the roof

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The "Relaxation under the roof" premises were created by the reconstruction of a hundred-year-old attic. The energy here is supplied by the original beams and other elements that we returned to the place after the reconstruction. The dominant feature is a wooden staircase also made of original beams. The staircase leads to a cozy attic room for sleeping. The apartment is located on the opposite side of the road, ensuring peace and quiet.

Chata Plechovka is an idyllic place for lovers of nature and tranquility. It is located in a picturesque landscape in the village of Frýdštejn, near the center of Malá Skála (1km). You can relax by the pool or on the spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside. The cottage is an ideal place for family holidays, romantic stays or quiet escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location for hiking, cycling, boating, and climbing. The apartment is located in a renovated First Republic villa on the outskirts of the Jizera Mountains. It offers spacious accommodation for up to 7 people, ideal for families and groups of friends. There are three bedrooms with four double beds and one single bed. The apartment also includes a private sauna, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom, TV, video games, Nintendo, Wi-Fi, hotel textiles and parking at the building.

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
