The Loft offers a living space with large screen TV, kitchenette and bathroom, as well as an upstairs bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed and single bed. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Comfortable 2 bed 2 bath unit in a 4 plex. Total of 4 beds, consisting of 2 queens and 2 twin beds and 2 full baths. Both bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed. Not far from UGA and downtown Athens. Within 10 minutes of several hospitals. Publix and Target less than 10 minutes away. Classic Center is only 6 miles away. No smoking in the unit or parties. Violation will result in a $500 fee.
