Loft-style apartment over private housing on a rural property, with separate entrances. Very well connected to the Granada-Guadix national highway and less than 30 minutes by car to both cities. Supermarket and restaurants a 10-minute walk away, as is the village. Very quiet walking areas. Sierra Arana, an incredible space to discover, is a 10-minute drive away. Outdoor leisure area: hiking, public spaces for eating and barbecuing, children's playground... Ideal for enjoying the countryside!!!

(NOTE: If you have a pet, the charge is 21 euros for three nights, if it were more nights, an additional 7 euros per night would be paid).
