Nostalgic and cozy living room with a unique location

The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster and was bombed during World War II. When the farm's operating building was erected, the remnants of the house were set up as a living room next to the barn and today it appears as an intimate and cozy little house with a lot of history and soul. All facilities are, of course, completely modern. The home in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and innermost in Høgsfjorden, gives an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

Cabin in a natural setting by the waterfront

This is an older cabin with simple decor and power supply with solar panel. There is the possibility of charging a mobile phone in the USB outlet. There is a fireplace with wood burning,possibility of barbecue, fridge,and stove/cooking with gas. There are plates,bowls,glasses,cups and cutlery, cheese slicer,and can opener. There is no running water,so we fill up water cans with clean drinking water,which can be used for both cooking and dishwashing The outhouse is prepared outside the cabin Rent of bed linen 150,- per set per person At 120,- per bag.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the sea. To Sauda it is only a 15 min drive by car. Here you can find most of it, including a swimming pool. Lots of possibilities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 min. away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Stay urban in the city's hippest neighborhood at the end of the Blue Promenade. The terrace is its own private oasis - partly under roof. Immediate proximity to the grocery store and to the Badedammen where you can barbecue, relax and of course take a bath! Short distance to the city center, bus - ferry connections, fantastic restaurants nearby. 600 meters to Pulpit Rock Tours. Yoga mat and hammock + fitness facilities just outside the door. Kitchenette and dining area sleeps 4. TV, wifi and guitar!

Cozy cabin near the ski resort Stavtjørn, with ski-in/ski-out possibilities. Panoramic view of the valley. Great hiking areas in the summer with the possibility of fishing, swimming, canoeing and berry picking. Cozy up with friends and family on the patio with grilling, or around the fire pit. Inside the cabin you can relax with board games, TV or read a book in front of the wood-burning stove. The cabin was built in 2016 and has four bedrooms, loft with workspace, 1 bathroom and living room/ kitchen with exit to terrace.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Great family apartment on the ground floor with stunning views to Lysefjorden. Closer to the fjord you won't be coming The apartment has a double terrace door onto the mountain. You will have a feeling of being “at sea”, once you enter the apartment. Large bedroom with double bed, with possibility to close down two extra beds if you are many people going to share the apartment. The second bedroom has family bunk with room for two downstairs and one person upstairs.

Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Gode solforhold rundt hytte fra morning til kvelds om sommeren. Slapp av med venner og familie i dette fantastiske ferie hjemmet.
