The apartment is on the ground floor of a protected townhouse at the beginning of Old Stavanger, close to the square. Apartment is beautifully renovated back to the era of rosettes and wide profiled moldings - with a twist of modern style. It is high under the roof, 3 m. The main door goes straight out to the cobblestone in Øvre Strandgate where all the beautiful protected and restored wooden houses that were erected at the end of the 1700s and during the 1800s are. You stroll down to the square and city centre in 2 min.

Garage apartment with studio kitchen and bathroom, balanced ventilation and air conditioning. Now also with a small dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Option to use our pool in the garden during the summer months. We have children born in 2009, 2011, 2014 and 2018. They are frequent users of the pool. There is a sixth bed, but it is on a sofa bed. It has a peaceful location close to the lake and nature, while it is ideally located for trips to Preikestolen (17 min) Kjerag, Lysefjorden or Stavanger (20 min). The house has a well-equipped kitchen, three double beds, a single bed, a sofa bed, two foldable beds, terrace and garden. Private beach is located below the house and can be used.
