it is a great place for a big family vacation but not for elderly.. because the bedroom is on the second floor.. we're having a good bbq time.. 🥰

We had a great stay at Ridwan’s place. Ridwan is very responsive and always willing to help us. Place is clean and very comfortable for 4 people. Check in is easy and very simple. Walking distance to orange groves. He provides us with amenities and we appreciate the snacks and little message he left to welcome us. Overall great place and will definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at this house – it’s comfy and peaceful. It’s close to lots of places, and the host was super helpful. The Smart TV was great for chilling with the kids inside. We especially loved the stunning views from the balcony, the convenient location close to the Mall’s and the host's warm hospitality. Situated in an environment of a condo tower, having at the foot of the mega shopping centers. The bus line is a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is clean and well equipped, with a breathtaking view of the city of Jakarta. All the staff around the building was pleasantly friendly. We would recommend this condo.

it was a very nice stay.. Our family of five stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The facilities are complete, especially there is a washing machine because there are not many apartments provide washing machines, so for children in the morning to swim in the afternoon, there is no problem because the clothes can be washed and dried immediately. Kitchen utensils are also complete, making it very easy to make light meals. The location is very strategic, close to everywhere (BXC, fresh market etc). A little tip: for checking in if you bring a lot of stuff, you can bring items from the loading dock floor above B1.

Daniel's place is a really great place. Clean and new furniture, comfortable and felt right home. It exceeded my expectations!

Had a pleasant stay—Dennis was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the gas stove and TV, but he made sure everything was fixed promptly. The air conditioning works well, and the location is super convenient, right next to Green Sedayu Mall. Do note that around 5 AM, you might hear prayers from a loudspeaker, which is quite common in Indonesia.
