Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Behind the cottage is a cottage road with traffic. There is a small private beach within walking distance. Borrow a canoe and go to the sea. It is 3 km to Pikkuhiekka. It has a lovely sandy beach and good outdoor opportunities. There are fitness trails for walking or biking in the little sand. at the cottage, you can sauna every day. The center of Pietarsaari is 7 km away. A child is great for a family. Pets are also welcome.

Cosy cabin with sauna and beautiful glass patio

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Merikotka

From this home, you can easily get around Kokkola's best spots, either in nature or in the city. The property is located by the sea in a peaceful and beautiful housing fair area. A short walk from the apartment is the beach, barbecue areas, padel field, eateries, and walking trails, among others. Downtown is about 2km away. Pre-match option to borrow bikes or a sup board. The apartment has a 140cm wide double bed and a double sofa bed.

Vi erbjuder en fräsch och modern stuga på lugnt och naturnära läge med utsikt över Alholmsfjärden. Stugan är lokaliserad endast tre km från Jakobstads centrum. Stugan består av 40 välplanerade kvadratmeter med bl.a ; välutrustat kök med matservis för tio personer, tv, grill, bastu samt uppvärmd utepool samt en egen privat strand och stor terrass. För övernattning finns till förfogande en våningssäng samt en utbäddbar soffa.

Newly built (2020) beach house in a peaceful area with a private beach. 2,5 km to centre of Jakobstad and close by there are several walking trails. The jacuzzi is in use during summer months, during the winter months November-March the use is not guaranteed.
