480 m² house on a 1,100 m² lot, offering full leisure amenities in a safe, quiet setting with no nearby neighbors. Parking for multiple vehicles. High-end furnishings and equipment throughout. Barbecue area with wood-burning stove and a 40,000-liter pool (1.70 m deep at the deepest point and 35 cm children’s area). Pool is not heated but benefits from excellent solar exposure. Fully equipped with kitchen essentials, bed linens, towels, and basic hygiene items.
