Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.

Mr Oak was designed to enjoy a quiet, relaxed, picturesque experience. The house is furnished in a blend of industrial and vintage finds however is simple and uncluttered. It is a honest and rustic space but that's why we love it and hope you will too. It is located only a short walk down the hill to the river, shops and restaurants.
