The villa boasts a swimming pool, three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets, an ocean-facing and back porch, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The swimming pool has an extra layer of water platform of 2 x 4 metres, making the total size of the swimming pool 10 x 4 metres. Interim cleaning is €125 and mandatory after 7 days
