Interior design by Studio Aya blends custom teak pieces from Bali, vintage finds, Balinese stone and richly pigmented limewash, giving each room a unique character and soul.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. The supermarket at the end of the street has a wide range. Everything you need for a wonderful Caribbean holiday!

It is within walking distance of Jan Thiel and Papagayo Beach, offering convenient access to restaurants, bars, a casino, shops, a fitness club, a dive shop, a water sports center, and a supermarket. The villa boasts a swimming pool, three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets, an ocean-facing and back porch, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Brasa is the new Villa that Villas Vista Royal will offer as of June 2025. Villa Brasa is an 8-person villa and is suitable for 2 families or a group of 8! The villa has 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The Villa has a very complete inventory and is equipped with all comforts. The swimming pool has an extra layer of water platform of 2 x 4 metres, making the total size of the swimming pool 10 x 4 metres. Interim cleaning is €125 and mandatory after 7 days
