Through the living room window, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Mt. Oseol-ak, including Daecheongbong Peak and Towangseong Waterfall, with Ulsan Rock as the centre. The scent of pine emanating from the tall pine trees surrounding the guesthouse provides a different kind of healing, and the yellow sunset visible through the pine trees also gives a sense of comfort. It's just 3 minutes away from Yeongrangho, so you can take an early morning walk around the lake and see the beautiful view of Ulsanbawi and the sunrise over the East Sea. The central market, which is 10 minutes away and popular with everyone, is another attraction. Ayajin Beach, which is popular these days, too. It is also located around the Jangsa-dong sashimi restaurant district. Located on the border between Sokcho and Goseong, it will satisfy you with all the food of Sokcho and the beauty and fun of Goseong. Although our accommodation is a small guesthouse that can only accommodate one person, we are making extra efforts to clean and disinfect for the health and comfort of our guests, so please feel free to visit.

Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

The first floor of the building is a guest accommodation. The accommodation has 3 rooms (3 toilets), a living room, a kitchen, and a multipurpose room. The room and living room/kitchen have individual cooling/heating, and each room is prepared with a bed. The kitchen is equipped with simple seasonings and various kitchen utensils, the living room has a round sofa and dining table, and the utility room has a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. You can enjoy a barbecue in the lawn garden, and right in front of you is Mulchi Stream facing the sea. Walk along the promenade next to the Mulchi Stream to reach Mulchi Beach.
