First of all, the host was friendly and responsive. The accommodation was the same as the photos! It's a little far from the downtown area, but it was rather nice because it was quiet! It was neat and the host's thoughtful consideration stood out everywhere, so I rested comfortably before heading out!☺️ It's on the 5th floor, and there's no elevator, so I recommend bringing all the necessary items at once rather than going up and down! I'm willing to revisit!💓

The accommodation was nice because it was tidy! The sun came out well during the day, so my eyes opened early, but..!I was able to sleep well by bringing my eye patch separately ~! There were all the items in the listing description, so I didn't have to live unnecessarily!

I stayed because I wanted to take a day off after the 2025 Saemangeum Marathon. This place feels like staying in a clean friend's house. We are suitable for 3-4 people to stay. There are convenience stores and franchise restaurants in the apartment complex, and parking was not inconvenient.

Gyu Hyeong's place was amazing! The location was great — about a 5-10 minute walk to the streets filled with pubs and restaurants so they're within reach but the house itself was quiet. The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept really well! Gyu Hyeong was also really kind and let us drop off our bags outside (there's a CCTV so no worries about safety) before and after our stipulated check-in and check-out times so we could enjoy the city without having to lug our bags around. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Jeonju!

The location is fantastic and can be reached by foot, whether it is a library or a museum, an art center.You can also go to Jeonnam University to explore, and the bus is convenient.The apartment is clean and quiet, spacious and bright, furnished warmly and comfortably, the kitchen facilities are new and complete, and even the cooking condiments are complete!Very convenient.The TV is large, the TV stations are plentiful, and there is a Nephi that is logged into the account. Owners Joseph speaks good English.A lot of bottled water was provided in the kitchen and in the fridge, though we tend to burn tap water to drink due to the environmentally friendly, the tap water has no bad taste and the electric kettle works well. I really hope to stay here again if I come back to Gwangju!

You've also put an umbrella on it so you can use it on a rainy day. I had a comfortable stay as if I was at home.

We loved staying here! It’s conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, and the main attractions were less than 15 minutes by car. The beds were the comfiest we’ve had while in Korea! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, and there was a laundry machine in the building. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it’s a little bit of a hike if you have heavy luggage, but we did not find it to be too challenging. Also, the lights and artwork in the apartment were beautiful! I highly recommend staying here.

It was a quiet and tidy accommodation. The owner was kind and gave me coffee, so I had a good drink. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, so it's good to check the grocery store before entering the room.

Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste... conditioner. Please bring a toothbrush. There's nothing around, so be sure to buy the necessary items and go in... The terrace is good It's a rice field around, so it's not stuffy at all. Parking is also convenient. The way in is narrow, so be careful driving. The first-floor building right next door is also operated together. I think it would be great if several families came. If you book two, you'll be able to accommodate about 20 people. It's not far from the highway. In many ways, I'm satisfied and recommend it. Grow your business ~ I recommend a place to go again ~ ~

The host guided me so kindly and was so considerate of my questions that I had a comfortable stay. The house and the items provided were the same as the photos, and it was nice to feel the consideration for each of the items for a comfortable stay. Amenities such as super restaurants were also close by, so it was relatively comfortable and safe to stay for a relatively long time. The host responded quickly and kindly to any questions or concerns, so I felt comfortable during my stay. Recommended.
