We spent an amazing week as a family, there were 10 of us and the house had everything from kitchen equipment, bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, children's playhouse, barbecue and a wonderful outdoor space, in addition to being close to great bakeries and supermarkets! We had a barbecue, roasted marshmallows in the yard, spent unique moments, we will definitely be back!!

It was a privilege to spend the feriadão in Campo Alegre in this very special place, full of stories and memories since 1957. The house has a unique energy — welcoming, charming and full of personality. Each corner reflects care and affection, and this has made all the difference in our stay. We had a great accommodation experience, even in a short stay of just one night. The house is extremely welcoming and well cared for, with a charming outdoor area that offers direct access to the river — a differential that makes the experience even more special. The host was very attentive and received us with treats that demonstrate care and hospitality. Another positive point is that the property has potable well water available for consumption, as well as a charming garden and feet of fresh fruit, which make the environment even more cozy and integrated with nature. Firewood has also been made available for use on the wood stove, which adds a rustic and special touch to the experience. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, clear and always very cordial. I strongly recommend hosting and we are already planning to return soon to take advantage of this refuge even more.

The place is beautiful, the space is very cozy, tasty, clean and the host responds very quickly. If you want to create unforgettable memories with those you love, it's the exact spot.

The apartment is well located, a few minutes drive downtown. Pernoitei with my family to enjoy the Pasch of Pomerode, the flat is very wide, it was very clean and organized.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

Daniel our stay was otima, I have nothing to complain about the time we spent there. Apartment, super comfortable, very well equipped and clean. The host left us some excellent tips on what to do around it gives location. Excellent localization point with good restaurants and general commerce. Super recommend!

Great accommodation, exactly as per listing, I thought it was even better. Vivian proved quite willing and receptive all the time. I will leave here some positive points and some that I considered negative. Positivo: -Location, near the supermarket, bus terminal, near the German village. The apartment structure, all very comfortable, the sofa bed is giant and very good for sleeping. Negativo: -Check-in: I had difficulty getting into the building. The link asked to login and did not have the option to register a new user. I was only able to get in because a resident was leaving and he opened the gate. However, it wasn't time-consuming. -Check-out: I found it a little laborious, as the building has no porter (at least I didn't see any during the days I spent there). So you need to get the car out of the garage, turn around the block, park in front of the building, get up with the control and leave it inside the apartment. I think you could think of an easier way.
