House with hot tub by the river - August Farm

Historic farm property on the banks of the Põltsamaa River. You have access to a river-side house with a 75m2 private entrance: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, shower, entrance hall and terrace. On the vast grounds of the farm property, it is possible to walk along the river and disconnect from the worries of everyday days. For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

In front of the house is a 25 m2 terrace and a wood-burning sauna with a panoramic view. Hot tub for an additional fee. TV, wifi, shower, toilet, kitchen with accessories and crockery, capsule coffee machine, bed linen, charcoal grill with accessories. Suitable for vacation, home office, romance or nature trips.

Beach House

The cottage is located in the middle of Estonia. Lake Väinjärve is only 30 meters from the cottage and there is possibility for different activities. Near cottage there is beach volleyball court, boat rental and small beach bar "Väinaka Lafka" (Open june-august). In that area there is many small rivers, bogs etc. Highly recommended is to visit Endla Nature reserve and Norra-Oostriku spings area. All the brochures are also in the cottage. Cottage is located in the public beach.
