The once schoolhouse has gotten a new six and creates opportunities for different activities away from the noise of the city. The apartment has 2 rooms (room-kitchen 26 m2, room 16 m2), entrance hall, toilet / shower room. The entrance hall has access to the living room which is walk-through and further access to the bedroom. There is a fold out couch in the living room, a bed in the bedroom. Outside, everything you need for grilling. The price includes the use of the gym 1h (time to be agreed in advance). Outdoor stadium and basketball court are in use for yard activities. Car parking lot.

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.
