The apartment is located directly on the Baltic Sea. It is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, for example on foot, by bike, kite and motorboat. You can rent these in 200 to 300 meters. The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

My apartment is located on the beautiful island of Rügen in a central location of Sagard. In the immediate vicinity (about 3 km) is the Jasmundtherme with its sauna and bathing area as well as an extensive wellness area. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to Glowe Beach, 7 km away. Shopping facilities are in the village within 10 minutes walking distance.
