Oak View Country Retreat is located on 20 acres of mature oak trees and pasture. Surrounded by farm fields, you’ll find a spacious 1200 sq ft living area with full kitchen, dining and living room areas, accessible bathroom and two queen beds. Open concept provides great accessibility for wheelchair or scooter. Linens and towels provided. Centrally located and a short trip to many events including Pella’s Tulip Time, Knoxville’s sprint car races, Newton’ s NASCAR races and the Iowa State Fair.

It is about a 25 min drive to Adventureland, and about a 35 min drive to downtown Des Moines. It is also about 10 min from the racetrack. Our house has a theater room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 restrooms to make it comfortable for a small or large family. The home sits on an acre of land with room to play outside.

We have a huge house with 3 extra bedrooms now that our kids are all gone. Access to full size kitchen (we have 2 full kitchens), we live on a farm so there is access to our trails in our timber, pond for fishing, town is 4 miles away, Iowa Speedway is just up the road, there is a bar/restaurant/golf driving range right across the road. Historical Pella is only 25 minutes away. Des Moines is about 40 minutes away. Adventureland is 25 minutes
