We had a great time as a family...the house is amazing, with two large living areas where everyone can congregate (or separate into two groups!). Jennifer was so kind and helpful. Great to work with. A Wonderful stay! hope we can return someday!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. We will 100% be returning! Thanks Julie and Rory for a 5 star experience!!!

I would definitely book again. Most of the time we did not hear the traffic on the street. The yard is beautiful, the house was super clean and so comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Jane’s home was great for our family weekend in Hot Springs Village. All was so organized and clean. Make us feel home. She has a binder very well organized for places to go eat or just go to have fun, very helpful to find places to spend our time in the area and close by. Definitively will come back.

I can’t rave enough about the incredible experience we had at this rental house! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was absolutely fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and responsive to every question we had. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The house itself was nothing short of perfect. Immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the modern amenities, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was simply stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views of the lake and serene landscapes. We absolutely loved our stay! What a beautiful, lovely getaway! It was exactly as described. We loved the game room, the pond, the hangout area underneath and literally everything! The hosts were also very thoughtful by having some things that might be forgotten like disposable toothbrushes and phone chargers! We will definitely be staying again!!

Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

The place is very nice and comfortable, unfortunately we arrived to unmade beds, dirty sheets and linens and dirty bathrooms. The place looked 60% cleaned as if the cleaning crew picked up and left without finishing the job. The host however handled the situation in a timely matter and was very nice. This seemed to be a one off and I am sure this was a situation that had never happened before. We would definitely rent this place out again.

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Home was just as described and host was very receptive. Allowed us to check in an hour early which we really appreciated as well as move our original dates due to inclement weather. Home was clean however there were a dirty sponge in sink and loofas in bathroom shower. These items probably should have been disposed of by cleaning crew prior to our check in. Would also benefit from extra blankets as one of our guest did get chilled at night plus side the AC worked fantastic. All in all we enjoyed our stay felt comfortable in the home and would consider staying here again.
