Rhonda’s home was everything that was described, the kitchen was well stocked with everything easy to find. We definitely enjoyed our stay there

My husband and I had a very wonderful stay here! It’s in a very quiet area and was quite peaceful being on the river. Very comfortable bed and clean linens. Overall had a great time!

This listing is just as it reads. Very clean, comfortable, and all amenities are in working order. We had a great time and were comfortable there as a group of four. A couple things to keep in mind: the bathroom is inside the downstairs bedroom, and the ceiling between the bedroom and the loft is not sealed off. Unless you use a sound barrier (such as white noise), going to sleep at different times is difficult.

This place was perfect for a work trip. Unit was very clean and smelled great upon arrival. The place has all the amenities of a standard hotel; towels, hair dryer, etc. Kitchen has what you need to cook a meal. The TV and Internet worked great. Location is centrally located around plenty of food options and stores. Owner was extremely quick at replying to all messages. Will look to book again if available on my next work trip.

Very nice safe and clean place

Tanya's place in Wellsville was nestled back a small country road in the idealic river valley backwoods. The home was decorated in a comfortable rustic way, with very cozy reclining couches/chair on the primary level. There's a huge downstairs movie room with an old-school projection TV, perfect to confound the youngins. Our family of 5 managed to feel right at home. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the appliances needed to feed the family without having to search for restaurants in town. We arrived at night which made finding the place a bit trickier, though Tanya's instructions were spot-on and led us right to the door. We're hoping this stays available throughout the year as we occasionally need to venture to the area to visit family, and would love to book this spot again for those trips.

Beautiful home in heart of steubenvillle. Beds are comfy. Showers perfect. Everything you need to make any meal if your cooking. But the restaurants in the area are numerous and some great food in the area. Close to Pittsburgh if you want to see all the sites. It was perfect for a long overdue visit with family you don't get to see very often.
