A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 12 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer coke,diet coke,sprite and bottle water. There's a microwave, crock pot and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few!

The unit comes with central HVAC, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and free on-street parking. We are a few blocks from a Robért grocery store, Starbucks, and several popular Marigny & Bywater bars and restaurants. 5 min walk to Frenchmen Street. 15-minute walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon St. A short car or bike ride to the Ernest Moral Convention Center, and the Superdome.
