Duplex apartment on the first floor of a one-story house, which also houses an apartment on the ground floor. Both apartments have their own independent entrances. The property is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Term Cieplicki, direction Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two people and a lounge area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Floor 1.5 ha/0.34 ha las. A fire pit.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Apartment Tomasza 5 is located in a detached house in a quiet area on the outskirts of the very center of Jelenia Góra. The location is an ideal starting point for exploring the Karkonosze Mountains or using the nearby bike trails. Two bicycles are available to our guests, which definitely broaden the possibilities of exploring the area and moving around the city faster. The surrounding greenery and the garden where you can drink your morning coffee complete the atmosphere of the place

A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.
