Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy space of the house. The place is looking for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. Small cozy house with garden. Room for 4 people and 1 child in a crib. There is a high chair and a weekend bed, if desired. The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to a lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.

There are 3 double bedrooms. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen also includes a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In the living room there is TV as well as wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
