A great advantage of the location of the house in the center of the village is the shop opposite across the road and a large children's playground immediately behind the garden.

At a distance of 150m there are slopes with artificial snow, the possibility of evening skiing, with a cable car - two-seater (900m). There is a ski rental and a ski school. There are 2 restaurants in the village, a bus stop 200m away, which will take you to the ski resort Červenohorské Sedlo (5 min).

V horní zděné části domu 4 oddělené pokoje. 3 mají koupelnu, kde je sprchový kout a záchod, v jednom z pokojů je místo koupelny kuchyňka.
